Enrolment Process

Everything associated to the pre-enrolment and enrolment and the documents to present can be found at  www.uclm.es/preuniversitario/ for new students and new admission and at www.uclm.es/estudiantes/   for second year and previous students.

In Early Childhood there is only one group (a group of 12) in the morning timetable while in Primary there are three groups : Group A & Group B in English, both in the morning shift, and Group C, in the evening shift.

On your enrolment sheet you will find in the corresponding column the number of the group in which you have enrolled . It is important that you enroll in all the subjects in the same class group to avoid overlaps.  Before you enroll, you should take a close look at the timetable to find out which is the most suitable for you.  If you have to enrol in various subjects from different courses you will have to be very careful when choosing to make sure that the timetables do not overlap each other.

The enrolment order is established by the file grades, hence, the highest scores are the first to be enrolled. It is important you do not put off the date you are assigned, think, the later you leave it, the higher the possibilities that the groups will be filled up.

Yes, you can enroll but not take the exam. Until you have passed the first, you can not sit the second.

  • In person, presenting the generic application form , indicated below, properly completed.
