Course Description
This programme, delivered in English and held on the Ciudad Real Campus over four weeks, forms part of the engineering curriculum offered by ESTP Paris (École Spéciale des Travaux Publics, du Bâtiment et de l’Industrie). Its aim is to introduce students to subjects ranging from infrastructure design to hydrogeology, as well as the analysis and design of structural elements and systems, with a particular focus on urban analysis and water supply systems.
The training programme enables French students to complement their academic learning with accredited Civil Engineering courses taught in English, as well as to participate in different technical visits to engineering works in the region. In addition, the programme includes an optional non-accredited course in basic Spanish (Survival Spanish).
Since the late 19th century, ESTP Paris has been one of the leading schools for training students in all areas of construction, from the design and construction phases to the operation of buildings and infrastructure. With campuses in Paris, Cachan, Dijon and Troyes, it offers extensive development in digital environments, tackling the digital challenges that enable the rapid development of buildings and smart cities, all combined with sustainable development to train responsible professionals in the construction sector.
